STAGE 1
Once you reach out, we’ll be in touch with our pre-engagement process including a phone call and face-to-face meeting. We want to get to know you, chat about your block and your dreams for the build.

STAGE 2
Pre-construction - we enter an initial qualifying phase with a small consulting fee based on your build size to ensure your designs, block and final outcome all align with your budget. Extra planning now saves budget surprises down the track.

STAGE 3
When we’re all locked in, designs are finalised, contract and budgets are squared away, it’s go time on your new dream home. From first contact to handover, we’re there to guide you through the process and ensure you’re informed along the way.
